Are you an early bird? Or are you a nocturnal owl? The Marine Drive is most visited during two points of the day, the first being the early morning. Wake up at six and head straight to the Marine Drive with a pair of trainers and join the many Mumbaikars jogging along the scenic path! Apart from this one also holds the option of visiting at night, this offers a completely difference experience, the many lights are lit and nightlife is brought in at full stride.

The Queen’ Necklace, more commonly known as Marine Drive is a 4.3 km stretch of Picture Perfect road facing the Majestic Arabian Sea. Set with palm trees, a beautiful sidewalk and the sound of waves caressing the bay, Marine Drive is a serene, sound, magnificent location with an even better ambience. Speaking Historically, the Marine Drive has no such Historic Value. Overlooking the Arabian Sea, it is also a great vantage point to take snaps of the glorius Bandra Worli Sea Link. The Marine Drive connects to Nariman Point and Malabar Hill, the actual name for the C-Shaped Boulevard, though rarely used is the Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Road. The Marine Drive is lined with numerous 5-Star Hotels, namely the Oberoi-Hilton and The Marine Plaza. The Marine Drive is a definite, must visit for both Tourists and Locals. Being so close to India Gate, some say it's a crime not to catch a glimpse. At the Northern-End of the stretch lies Chowpatty, famous for "Bhel Puri" (Indian Fast--food).
